Criteria for Legal Assistance JAY KULDEVI FOUNDATION is committed to providing legal assistance to individuals in need, without discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, place of birth, or any similar criteria. However, we acknowledge that certain sections of society may be given priority when engaging representation or seeking legal assistance. The following criteria are considered by JAY KULDEVI FOUNDATION:
1. Financial Situation: Preference is given to individuals who come from dire financial conditions and are unable to afford legal representation under normal circumstances.
2. Nature of the Problem: Priority is given to individuals who require help with advocacy, counseling, civil, and criminal matters. We also emphasize early resolution of problems through counseling.
Expectations and Support At JAY KULDEVI FOUNDATION, we act primarily as facilitators, connecting clients with skilled and capable advocates based on their specific case requirements. Once connected, clients are encouraged to communicate directly with the advocates. We expect clients to demonstrate commitment to the foundation as most of our advocates work pro bono or for nominal legal fees.
